A good way to find the correct keywords for your site is to use the google
keyword tool, simply search for the words you think are correct for your site
and google will show you how many people are searching for them and what the
competition looks like. this will help you choose better keywords as you want to
have only between 5-10 keywords, having more will reduce your ratings on the
search engine.
The keywords you select should be listed on your content in what is know as
keyword density %, the ideal density of the keyword is 2%-3%. so if you have a
100 word article then 2 or 3 words will be exactly as your keywords in the meta
tags.
Another trick is to type part of the keyword into google search and see what the
suggestions are.
